UNIFORM – Studying efficiency of urban patterns

Within the project UNIFORM we are studying how to make urban patterns more efficient. We are developing numerical models to relate urban patterns to traffic performance. If we could gain efficiency within the traffic system, space could then be shared with other transport modes, reverting the car dependency and making cities more sustainable. Javier Ortigosa
