Sustainable development is a goal of planners and politicians and ever more prominent for urban areas where development agglomerates. The SustainCity consortium further developed the methodology and tools for integrated modelling and analysis of land use transport systems. The IVT implemented a microsimulation for the Canton of Zurich.
